Happy Friday DDS Families,

We are so fortunate to enjoy all the beautiful fall weather this week.  Just a reminder for families to label all outdoor clothing and footwear as this is the time of year where items are left outdoors and occasionally get mixed up in the classroom coat hook area.

Have another wonderful long weekend - Monday the school will be closed as Douglasdale School is one of the designated voting stations.

Warm wishes,

Heather McKay, Principal

Monique Koleyak, Assistant Principal

 Fee Waivers:

No child is ever denied access to an education in the CBE because of an inability to pay. If you can't afford the fees, there are several ways to qualify for a central fee waiver.

Waiver applications for the current school year are found online through your MyCBE account and are available from the start of the school year until June 30.

 Volunteering:

We love volunteers at DDS! If you are a new volunteer - Welcome! Our office staff is working diligently on processing new applications as quickly as possible, but we wanted to let you know school start up means this process may take a bit longer.

Please click on the link on the Volunteer link for information and the process.
